- 平成１９年、弘前商工会議所でスタートした「津軽打ち刃物」プロジェクトで、フランス・パリに見本市「メゾン・オブジェ」への出展にあたり日本的な美しさのあるものを展示したいと考えました。同プロジェクトの中でデザイナー武田孝三氏（弘前工芸協会理事長）の提案で「武骨シリーズ」の製作が決定。弊社ではフクロナガサ（秋田県阿仁のマタギが使用するパイプ状の柄の山刀）をイメージした包丁を製作、暗紋の模様を柄に施すことにより美しい一体型の包丁が誕生しました。

Changing the handle to black or octagonal (ebony) will cost an additional ¥9,000.
Chestnut-shaped (ebony or magnolia) hilt changes and special orders for black pods (ebony) and white pods (magnolia) are available on request.
