木村木品のトップブランドである「CHITOSE」は、りんごの木のものづくりにこだわったブランドです。わたしたちが使うりんごの木は、農園から伐採し、製材・乾燥まですべて自分たちの手で行います。使えるのは５割がやっとですが、地域資源として、またりんごの木が持つ独特の肌触りなどを紹介したいという想いで、手間をかけてもりんごの木でものづくりをしています。
